Our signature Pilates program is customized every session for the body and mindset you bring on any given day. We stay true to the principles of Joseph Pilates while adding dynamic variations to keep you challenged and engaged in every session. We train at all levels, from first-time beginners to advanced, all ages and stages to help you reach your short and long-term fitness goals. High school reunion or wedding in 6 weeks? Big race or golf tournament?

We’ve got a plan for that. Searching for an attainable realistic conditioning program to improve the quality of your days and your life? We’ve got that too. We use only STOTT Pilates professional equipment and our trainers are all STOTT certified instructors with over 1000 hours of training and observation before they see their first client.

Every pilates session is customized to your needs. In addition to our essential Pilates workout, we also provide the following specialties at no extra cost:

Rehabilitative Pilates

Our program is designed so we can restore you to optimal function by correcting strength imbalances and compensations in the body. At Pinnacle Pilates and Massage, our philosophy is LESS PAIN, MORE GAIN. Our expertly guided Pilates practice can help you to correct your connective tissue alignment and live life with less pain. Our instructors are trained and certified in programming for a variety of conditions including (but not limited to) arthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and sciatica. If you are post-surgical and cleared for regular exercise, Pilates can be your pathway to returning to the activities you loved before. Hip and knee replacements don’t have to sideline you permanently.

Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates

We are with you during this amazing moment of your life. If cleared by your doctor for exercise, we can bring you through your entire pregnancy and beyond. We are trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation as well as diastasis recti recovery.

Pilates Circuit Training

Can be done privately or in post-Covid groups of up to 3 people, Pilates Circuit Training will combine Pilates on every apparatus plus mat work and cardio to get your heart pumping. Come check out this turbocharged workout (and, when it’s safe, bring a friend!)
